Dr. Donald Sonn – Administrative Duties

Dr. Donald Son is a professional physician and business manager who has been in the field for many years. He says that business administration and organization is a relatively new and unexplored subject to him, but one that he is learning very diligently, and finds fascinating. That is why he has become a student of business administration. He is very familiar with the field of talent acquisition, as well as all of the nuances required to excel in the field. Donald Sonn says that organizing and analyzing these massive amounts of data for the good of the company is a true art form, something that takes years to understand and a lifetime to master. Recently however, he has become more closely involved with the business administration aspect and portion of the field, rather than the management portion of it. Donald says that it takes a lot of paperwork and formality to find the right employee at the right time with the proper skill set.

Donald Sonn says that being skilled at business administration is not something to scoff at, but is a very valuable skill in any field. He says that the raw amount of data needed to be collected and analyzed in order to make informed business decisions can be quite baffling, and that you never truly realize how much goes into it until you view things from a different perspective. He says that even the decision to make a business is one that requires years of research and analysis of data, including demographics, projected economic state of an area, as well as the general culture and feel of a population.
